We’re creating a new community on the north east edge of Bristol.
At the East of Harry Stoke New Neighbourhood, we’re creating a new community on the north east edge of Bristol.
When complete, it will deliver more than 1,600 much needed new homes, including many affordable and socially rented homes. We’ll also build a new local centre, primary school, community hub, over 19 hectares of public open space and major infrastructure improvements, which will benefit the wider community in north east Bristol.
The East of Harry Stoke New Neighbourhood site was allocated in the South Gloucestershire Council Local Plan Core Strategy in 2013, and our Development Framework Supplementary Planning Document was adopted in January 2016. It is an exciting opportunity to build a new community that enhances the urban edge of north east Bristol and enrich the landscape gateway
to Bristol.
The new neighbourhood will span two parcels of land. The site to the north of the railway is being developed by Wain Homes, and the one to the south is being developed by Crest Nicholson.
From the beginning, our goal has been to work closely with the people who call this area home
We’re dedicated to supporting the local economy by prioritising local suppliers, creating job opportunities, and fostering a thriving environment where businesses can grow. We’re also investing in local amenities and services that benefit everyone, from schools to green spaces.
On this site, you can find out more about our work in the community and access useful resources for residents.
Be among the first to call the East of Harry Stoke New Neighbourhood home. Our new community will offer a range of beautifully designed homes, perfectly suited to your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking for a spacious family home or a modern apartment, you will find your ideal living space here.
